SchoolData.ai aggregates and displays information pertaining to schools, districts, demographics, and educational metrics. This information is derived from third-party sources, public records, and proprietary algorithms.

The data is provided for general informational purposes only. We make absolutely no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of any data presented.

You acknowledge and agree that educational data is inherently subject to change, reporting errors, and statistical margins of error. You assume all risk and liability associated with any decisions you make based on the information provided by the Services, including but not limited to real estate purchases, school enrollment decisions, or educational policy implementations. You are strongly advised to independently verify all information directly with the applicable school, district, or governmental authority.
